    WOD as Rx’d = 19:28min…and not even the slightest bit of testicular discomfort. Need to check in with Steve and his ovaries. 🙂

    Lots of effort and love went in to today’s WOD by all, and an especially strong powerful finish by Tony!

    SS asked if anyone had issues this morning, you know, pain, injuries, “menstrual tension”! Nobody asks if anyone has testicular tension now do they? What gives??? 🙂 🙂

    *Seeing Gary again today in the afternoon, the edge has come off it, feels a touch better… Back still sore from jarring on Tuesday evening.

    Warm up:
    Mobility drills / stretching

    Then:
    3 rounds of:
    20kg weighted pull ups, 5 reps +
    Strict pull ups, 5 reps +
    20kg weighted ring dips, 5 reps +
    Ring dips, 5 reps +
    2mins rest
    3 rounds of:
    16kg weighted pull ups, 5 reps +
    Strict pull ups, 5 reps +
    16kg weighted ring dips, 5 reps +
    Ring dips, 5 reps +
    2mins rest
    *The above done all back to back

    1min rest

    Then:
    Tabata Handstand holds

    1min rest

    Tabata air squats
    *Controlled and slow
    REPS = 116

    1min rest

    Tabata paralette pushups
    REPS = 64
