    80/5, 91/5, 104/4
    Back started to slightly round on 4th rep, so didn’t attempt 5th rep. Overall good form and felt strong

    WOD as Rx’d = 82 reps (wanted to average 10 reps a round, happy with this)

    Great time with the 5:30am crew.
    Pete F was feelin the love this morning. 🙂 Mitch was taking care of our Tabata timing like a super legend! Thanks Mitch

    I really didn’t get the timing right on the first 2 rounds and did less reps than I could have! Was so annoyed with myself! Anywho!

    Deadlifts felt heavy this morning and the last set of GHD sit ups were killer!

    First midday session in 5 weeks which was good, nice and warm, then went to the Pool to cool down!

    Morning session was booked out so went to an evening one for the first time.

    Arrived 30 mins early to do shoulder exercises and stretches that physiotherapist recommended. Apparently I’ve had a shoulder impingement last 6 weeks.

    tabata 20kg frontsquats = 68 reps
    50 situps

    situps while fatigued make me ill 😦
