    He’s got 90kg on there, uses hip flexor and glute for a full body workout! 😉

      Ha! Jeez a whole lotta wrong going on there! The thing is though, it’s not his fault. It’s the fault of whoever the muppet is that runs that place and his/her lack of care for those that pay to be in his/her facility. Will stop now before I start ranting 🙂

      On another note, hope you heal fast Will, pardon the pun. That is, once you find out what it is that went wrong.

    1/2 Ladder
    Run up Cliff Street around to scaffolding
    5 Pull Ups
    10 Push Ups
    15 Sqauts

    Think we did it in less than 30 minutes?

    Pulled up a little sore today so felt extremely slow!
