    I won’t be levitating anywhere after carrying a 25kg sandbag a mile, seriously, what natural herbs do you comsume when you have your programming meetings ? = )

    5-3-2 @ 117.5, 135, 150 (Need chalk, had no grip….)

    WOD
    For time:
    35kg Overhead Squat, 25 reps
    50lb Lunge, 50 steps
    1 mile run

    Time: 13:42

    No Sandbag, so just did the 1 mile run.
    Then 1-10 Pull Ups.

    Loved this WOD and loved it even more because it was raining!! 🙂

    1600m sandbag carry( dumped the bag after 400m as my back got really sore)
