WOD
“Tabata This”

20 seconds of work:10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 intervals each of:

  • Squat (reps)
  • Row (cals)
  • Pull Ups (reps)
  • Sit Ups (reps)
  • Push Ups (reps)

1 minute rest between movements
Score is lowest # of reps per movement added together

    Todays WOD looks to hard to time and count by myself so did yesterdays..

    WARM UP:
    400m Run
    Mobility
    1x CFWU

    STRENGTH:
    Back Squat 2.2
    3-3-11 @ 75-85-97.5

    WOD:
    5RFT

    400m Run (Treadmill)
    42.5kg Power Clean, 15 reps
    Push Up, 20 reps

    WOD as Rx’d – Score = 39

    Was happy days squatting, on the rower and doing sit ups. I tried to strategise with the pull ups and push ups…*buh buhm*…still fatigued badly and died in the arse *UU*…see it’s an arse UU UU UU UU UU UU 😉
