    Offtopic question if I may – A few of the recipes I’ve looked up online use coconut oil for cooking and I’ve never found it anywhere. I’ve looked in the asian aisle, healthfood aisle, oil aisle of both woolies and coles and have never seen it. Am I blind or do I need to venture elsewhere? Is it all it’s cracked up to be anyways?

    Mobility drills

    For time of:
    5 x Kakoda track
    TIME = 17.24min

    Recovery jog back to ladder

    2.
    5 RFT of:
    1 x 1/2 ladder
    5 x HSPU (unbroken)
    Bear crawl up Cliff street (unbroken)
    Jog to pull up station (scaffolding), 6 x strict + 6 x strict gymnastics kipping( (unbroken reps)
    Jog back down to ladder
    TIME = 24.02min
