  1. Jacobs Ladder:
    Warm up:
    1 x ladder +
    Mobility drills

    Then: UNTIMED
    5 rounds with a 10-12kg weightvest of where 1 round =
    1 x full ladder +
    Push ups, 20 reps
    32kg Russian Swings, 15 reps
    Squat jumps, 10 reps

    Then: immediately remove weight vest and complete 5 rounds of the following where 1 round =
    1 x 1/2 ladder +
    HSPU, 5 reps
    Bear crawl with fast switch backs, 20m incline up Cliff street

    *This hurt today, havnt done work with a weight vest for a while…
