    Backsquats 8 x 2 on the min @ 80kg, working on moving thye bar as quick as possible.
    RDLs 3 x 8 @ 120kg
    Bulgarian split squats with 22.5kg in each hand.
    Hanging leg raises 3 x 12
    Then 20 mins of stretching.

        Hey mate, yeah following principles from westside but have taken away the DE upperbody day and have added unilateral work on my lower body days. hoping the unilateral work with help improve my pistols as i am very unstable doing single legged stuff.
