2 x 12.5kg Dumbbell Renegade Man Makers

Immediately followed by,

As many metres as possible in 10 mins of:
Rowing

Immediately followed by,

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Double Unders

      Great vid mate! It was looking spot on until he started curling, doing lateral raises etc. Not sure why a running back would waste his time messing around with that shite. What’s wrong with pressing and deadlifting. Other than that. Inspiring stuff.

    Warm up
    2X 400m ,CFWU + Mobility

    10 mins of Man Makers – 46 with 8kg d/bells
    10 mins of Rower -2180 metres
    10 mins of skipping -654 singles + 3 double unders

    Hey hows everyone been.
    I’m starting back at the cell this week and looking forward to training with everyone again, it was getting boring training by myself.

    Training today: Work up to 1 RM deadlift = 210kg
    70kg lunges 3 x 8 each leg
    3 x 10 glute-ham raises
    Then
    21-15-9 of GHD sit-ups
    24kg kettlebell swings
    WOD was untimed but unbroken.

    Hello everyone, just posting in a couple of places that I will be ordering some more grass fed beef as we’re virtually out 😦

    If anyone wants to be part of this order, please let me know so that I can make the arrangements, cost as per the last order is $11.50 per kg and we get a variety of cuts + mince & diced beef & sausages (which were to die for)

    8kg Man Makers = 28 reps
    Rowing = 2330 metres
    Double unders = 121

    My Man makers sucked, but i’m happy with the rowing following straight after man makers and really happy with the DU’s, most i’ve ever done, best before today in 10 minutes was 64 reps

    Well done to all everyone in their own way killed it. Jase was on the floor worh cap backwards so rhe standard went up from the get go, Steve those DU’s were awesome,
    Maggie 560 DU was ridiculous, that’s like almost one per second, FLASH strikes again 😉

    Feel great after that one! Bit disappointed I stopped rowing for a bit tonight, so my goal for next time is to keep going! Other than that happy with my result. 6pm crew are awesome thanks for your encouragement during the wod, it helps heaps 🙂
