Deadlift
3 x 5 x 65-75-85%

Add 5kgs to your Deadlift “Starting Load” for Cycle 2 of the Wendler Program

In 10 minutes,
Run 1 mile
With the remainder of time, perform as many reps as possible of:
24″ Box Jump

    Ooh fairly happy to see what my mile time is now. Current PB is 8:58 need 8:30 for grading day.

  2. 400m run warm up
    2 X CFWU ..progressed to the orange band today for 5 pull ups ..happy with that as I started on a blue band in June.

    Deadlifts
    5 x 72.5 kg
    3 x 80kg
    4 x 90 kg

    Run 1 mile in 6 minutes flat
    72 box jumps in the remaining time on to 24 “tyre

    Need to work on getting a rythm for box jumps ..too much starting and stopping.

    That felt really heavy, kept good form throughout tho!

    6.17 Mile and then 100 box jumps!

    Adam, if Maggie is the flash with double unders then you are the flash with running,you’d turned the 2nd corner when just after i turn the 1st corner, Huge effort for 1 mile and 100 box jumps in 10 minutes
