60kg Squat Clean and Overhead, 3 reps
For the remainder of the minute, execute the maximum amount of 21″ Box Jumps

  4. FYI Dave… I found what I did that day, please see below. It was in July, 2010

    Warm up:
    1500m row
    Mobility drills
    1 x KB Mobility Complex

    60-65-70-75-80 (Only did 4 reps here), finished immediately with a set of 5 reps @ 60kg

    Then:1 min work:1 min rest for 12 mins of:
    60kg Clean & Jerk, 3 reps.
    For the remainder of the minute, perform as many 21” box jumps as possible.
    Score is total box jumps.
    Rd1: 38 reps
    Rd2: 40 reps
    Rd3: 40 reps
    Rd4: 38 reps
    Rd5: 32 reps
    Rd6: 34 reps
    TOTAL = 222 reps

    Did 40kg squat clean & push jerks and got 73 box jumps

    Pretty cool wod. Better quality dinner & sleep last night would have increased the reps

    WU – 400m run 3 rds of 10 x walking lunges, 3 x inch worms, 10 x downward dog/quad stretches, 10 x wall squats, 3 x hindu pushups

    Press – 5 x 24/30/36kg

    WOD – scaled to 50kg. 112 reps. Squat clean-> OHD felt heavy in warmup and hadnt done squat cleans in a while so stuck at 50kg. In hindisght maybe a bit light but I live to fight another day. Box jumps clearly not in the SS league..

    Ian – its spelt Wendler and given his total (Squat, Deadlift, Bench) is I think 2491 it might be in yr best interests to spell his name right.
