      Hey Bliss Bomb, I’m in Adelaide next weekend to run the CrossFit Endurance Course at CF Adelaide. Staying at The Sebel Playford. Flying visit. In Friday around midday and head off Sunday evening, but have Friday and Saturday nights free at this stage.

    awesome vibe around the gym this morning, great to feed off all the positivity. Shout out to Jordan who tuffed it out on his first ropes, and actually did one more than he wanted too, inspiring mate!!!

    WU – 1km row, 2 rds 10 x jump squat, 10 x push ups

    PC – 5 x 48kg, 3 x 54kg, 3 x 60kg

    WOD – as rx’ed 07:50

    Happy enough with this as havent done a rope climb in 7 mths. 1st set thrusters unbroken which was ok as well. After that it was a struggle due more to conditioning (lack of)

    Christ on a bike my forearms were screaming at the end of it (poor technique) – felt like I had been w*nking for Jesus!!

    And to all those who rope climb in shorts – live & learn!!
