    in a time of 14mins and 58 secs although all pullups where we a blue band ,although I did “kip” around around for a while before todays session

    Warm up: 45min of mobility and pelvic stability work, airdyne, 1 x CFWU, good mornings and hindu pushups

    Strength: Deadlift
    5 x 57.5kg
    3 x 65kg
    10 x 72.5kg

    WOD:
    Airdyne instead of run, 10cal = 100m (so 10cal, 20cal, 40cal and 80cal). Everything else as Rx’d

    Time = 22:06

    All pull ups were unbroken – yay!

    Had a great time tonight – thanks 1800 crew!

    Was a little careful tonight, have some discomfort in my back at the moment. Started off doing pushups on my toes but went to my knees.

    Great effort by everyone especially the new kids on the block, well done Craig & Sean.
