    alternated between 7 & 8

    think pete yeates got more DU’S than I got triple skips!!

    didnt write it down but not even close to Flash!

      I seem to recall a certain someone saying’ How am I going to lift this many deadlift reps, it’s so heavy’ about 2 weeks ago and now your busting out 6 reps of almost double your body weight. I think your on the same drugs as big Kris Wright

    Wasn’t able to do deadlifts this morning, my back is sore and didn’t want to risk injury.

    Instead I did hang powercleans, 3x25kgs, 3x30kgs and then wasn’t able to complete the last set 😦

    WOD Tabata – 15kgs Front Squats & DU’s.

    Total = 75 Front Squats & 301 Double Unders 🙂

    A friend sent me this WOD – it’s a 300 not sure if its the 300? KB stuff is at 20kgs

    50 x KB clean and press (25 L – 25 R)
    50 x mountain climbers
