    Batty, life as you know it will never be the same…I want to wear my Inov8’S EVERYWHERE! They don’t do any favours to business attire but hey…maybe CF’ers can start a new trend…and they’re much more comfortable than stillettos…the cult of Inov8’s!

    Impressive times today.
    I’m feeling good aside from small shoulder pinch – thanks for the Metsal & help lunch crew.
    Going to shake these bands hopefully sooner than later. My first set of unassisted pull ups completed yesterday. I feel theres a long tough road up ahead 😉

    Got to the Cell early this afternoon to do:
    1 hour of mobility
    Muscle up practice

    then warmed up for the WOD: Airdyne, 3 rounds of 10 wall balls, 10 KB Swings and 10 push ups

    Then strength = Press
    5 x 27.5kg
    3 x 31kg
    5 x 35kg

    The the WOD:
    3 rounds for time of
    15 x 25kg muscle clean
    15 x pull ups
    400m row

    Time = 13:30

    Tough on the grip!!
