    45 min AMRAP
    1 round = 1 ladder (Jacobs), 3x hand stands, 3x burpee to pullup on scaffolding, 10x 16kg American KB swings.

    5 rounds + 1 ladder 🙂

    Nothing like a Sunday morning WOD to ignite the already burning fire! 🙂

    60km mountain bike ride around Dwellingup (Recon ride for the Dwellingup 100)
    Time: 2.58hrs

    Very tough ride with a truckload of hills. Somehow there seemed to be far more uphills than downhills! 😉

    Got through it unscathed. City to Surf 1/2 marathon next Sunday! 🙂
