    PC – 3 x 45, 3 x 51, 5 x 57.5kg

    WOD – 50 PU’s (Blue band), 75 x thruster (30 kg), 1.6km run/shuffle sort of thing

    19 mins something I think

    The last 74 thrusters were the worst

    Kudos to Hannah who overtook me at the strat of teh run, took the scenic route (ie the long way) and STILL beat me

    I also see the Wright Bros kicked *ass

    Then b’fast, bit of chillin’ out in Freo and back at 11 for Gymnastics.
