The Cell is holding their Real Fitness Standards Grading for Level 1 candidates on Saturday 08 October 2011 at 10.30am.

    When I joined the cell I converted the standards to spreadsheet and coloured in the things I couldn’t do in red, which was just about all of them. One at a time, I’ve been re coloring them green as my speeds/lifts/times improve to the standard. Now they’re all green 🙂

    Lol Dan ! I’m not yet back Maggie. In Canada right now. Back on 5 sep. Not looking forward to first few weeks back there. Its gonna hurt !!!

    I suspect you have to complete level 1 before doing level 2?

      Hey Corbin, i think its more about nominating for the appropriate one in consultant with the coaches, i went straight to level two

      i could be wrong and im sure other readers will set the record straight

    Same here Corbin. I went straight for Level II. Unless requirements have changed, I’m pretty sure you attempt the Level you feel you can achieve. There is a list of requirements for each level at the Cell. If you think you can achieve the standard of Level II, not sure why you’d have to complete Level I first. Seems redundant. Coaches will definitely be able to clarify this for you and advise you on the Level most suitable.

    haha I’m all for a challenge Jase, but there’s a few things I still can’t do on level 3. I.e. sub 5:30 Fran.
