Pull Ups, 15 reps
42.5kg Thruster, 10 reps

    Warm up: KB Mobility complex, other mobility work

    WOD: 5 rounds for time
    12kg KB Snatch x 5/5 (each rep from dead stop on ground)
    Pull up x 15
    12kg KB Thruster x 5/5
    Plus some goblet squats in there somewhere too.

    Time = 14:15

    Thanks to all the 6:00pm crew tonight for you support and encouragement thru what i found to be a particularly uncomfortable and mentally tough WOD that I dropped my bundle so a forgettable effort by me.
