    the reason i finish my WOD’s twice as fast as everyone is that i dont touch the ground…ever, and that i have massive shoulders

    16kg kettle bell 50 swings
    Hollow Rocks 30 reps
    Tabata Planks 20 secs on 10 secs off 8 rounds
    Mobility

    Strength,
    Deadlift 5 @ 100, 5 @ 120, 10 @ 120, was supposed to be 5+ at 140 but I chickened out haven’t dead lifted in a few months.

    WOD, Scaled to 40kg and 120 single skips
    Time, 6.50.

    Wasn’t comfortable with my deadlift or OHS at all! Lots of work to do!

    20 x 12lb sledge hammer swings
    100m Farmer’s Carry, 2 x 16kg KBs

    Time = 8:03 (I think)

    5 x 105 (Only got 5, form was ok on the 5th, but was struggling with it)

    40kg Overhead Squat, 5 reps
    Double Unders, 60 reps

    No trouble with the OHS (40kg i think is a pb too), the double unders killed me!!

    I think you’ll find you did 30kg OHS Adam,unless you sneakily took the black rubber bumper plates off and put a couple of 10 kg green plates on when i wasn’t looking = ).Still a great effort to OHS almost half your body weight. If i had to OHS 55kg, i think i’d fall over
