CROSSFIT TOTAL (CFT) WEEK
Every athlete will perform the CFT once this week. When doing the CFT, that athlete will not do the WOD for that day. They will warm up and then do a CFT under the direction of a coach. The CrossFit Total (PDF)

    Bsq 65 – 75 – 80
    Sp 37.5 – 42.5 – 45F
    Dl 82.5 – 92.5 – 102.5
    Total 225kg, 25 over my estimate

  2. Also my first CFT.
    Back squat 40 – 45 – 50kg
    Press 27.5 – 30 – 32.5
    Deadlift 80 – 90 – 100kg.

    Disappointed with the press but it’s always been my weak point. Quite liked my squat but can’t wait for it to get better. Deadlift! Freakin’ Awesome!!! Back on my way to re-achieving my 150kg…. Chuffed!

    4.5 improvement on the last cft, happy with this 😀

    Back Squat: 80kg – 95kg – 100kg(Fail)
    Press: 50kg – 55kg – 57.5kg(Fail)
    Deadlift:105kg – 125kg – 140kg

    Total: 290kg @ 65kg body weight

    I think that puts me above the intermediate marker (Not sure how read it, if you are above the intermediate marker are you advanced or intermediate??)

    All lifts were PBs, i am stoked with all of them!!
