This week concludes our current strength phase. Next week we will be completing the CrossFit Total. The following week sees our strength work moving into a Wendler 5/3/1 phase. We’ll be following the set/rep/loading schemes of the program in order to make our athletes stronger. It is a very simple program and simple works. All you need to do is lift stuff and RECORD YOUR LOADS! Don’t come into a session with no idea of what you’re going to be lifting; record and plan.

Failing to plan is planning to fail.”

Hannah has been flying through some WOD's since starting at The Cell a few weeks ago.

2x 500m Row, 5 Turkish getups (each arm), Mobility

    Orange Band, 12kg Kettle Bell
Bit of a struggle this morning slightly slow also…running technique started to deteriorate after the 3rd round. – 27.29 I think??

WU – 500m row, 5 TGU each arm, 2 rounds. Then some mobility

WOD – Used red band, 19:07. Pull ups continue to be a challenge for me and it’s definitely something i want to work on

Eager to do the CFT next week though. Would be interesting to see how my total fares on the chart and to know my 1RM for the movements and then to start Wendler 5/3/1. Good times ahead haha 🙂
