Muscle Up, 3 reps
GHD Sit Up, 15 reps
32kg Kettlebell Suitcase Carry, 50m

    9 Ring Dips yellow band
    15 Situps
    2 x 24 kg Farmers Carry 50 metres.

    Deadhangs were tough, Good work 0530 crew.

    4 Rounds + 3 MU’s + 15 GHD’s

    Stoked to get 15 MU’s out, most i’d done on anyday before was 2, good doing them with Adrian and Mike.
