    WU – 1000m row, Mobility, CFWU x 2

    POWER – 3-3-3 @ 30,35,45
    Achieved a 3RM at 45kg but I could have lifted more as i’m still fairly new to oly lifts. PB none the less

    WOD – 30kg From the Hang to Overhead x 50
    Did all 50 as snatches much to my surprise. First 20 were muscle snatches and the rest were from hang just above the knee. Time 4:40

    This WOD I wasnt looking forward to ,I thought it was going to be boring.Thats why my chest and shoulders are F$@KING so sore now(ha ha )

    3 x3 x 3 hit my new max of 36.5 kg starting to improve technique also

    50 x 25kg Power cleans -unbroken

    can hardly type ………
