is it a faux pas not doing a hand stand in that photo?

btw that is at louisville, kentucky. that is the mississipi river in the background; we were there for the kentucky derby and right before this photo we visited the louisville slugger museum/factory (baseball bats).

    thanks for the shout out!

lots of love, grover in texas.

Open gym session today was great
Added 2.5kg to my 3xdeadlift, 5kg to my 15xdeadlift, and a whopping 20kg (!!!) to my powerclean (thanks Storm!)
Some fun / skillwork / general tomfoolery with handstands, kettlebell floor press, pullup variations etc.
If my ankles weren’t busted could have pulled someone aside to help me with double unders πŸ˜‰

Hope we do a lot more open sessions.

I think the open sessions are a great idea and give good opportunity for athletes to hone their skills. I vote YES to a regularly scheduled open session.

Most times when we arrive for a WOD it’s hello and into it. Apart from the benfits of working on stuff your not good at and having access to your coaches and peers in a less formal environment, I like the social aspect as well of the open days were we can all catch up compare stories an have a laugh. The cell community is a big part of why we all come here

    I vote absolutely YES
