MET CON MONDAY
WOD

10 rounds, each for time of:
60kg Thruster, 5 reps
Pull Up, 10 reps
Sprint, 100m
Rest 1 minute

Record both total time and time for each round. Post to comments

    WOD scaled to 40kg thrusters.

    Each round was between 72 – 79 seconds.

    Glad I scaled to 40kg, any higher and I would have had to break the thrusters up towards the end.

    Good fun WOD! Need to work on my kip – it doesn’t flow and feels heavy…it’s hideous!
