    WOD scaled to 50kg C&J: Time = 5:55

    Well done to Will, who cranked out all the Double unders unbroken.

    On knees for HR pushups.

    Cheers Pete, I was stoked – considering I couldn’t get 5 out in a row Monday! You caught me on the rope climbs 😉

    Short Intervals at home
    warmed up with skipping and running drills learnt at endurance cert
    4 x 150m uphill sprints with 1 minute rest
    22.1 – 22.3 – 25.2 – 25.6

    My left foot supinates a bit which made my left leg hurt a little but is fine now.
