    Short Intervals at home
    warmed up with skipping and running drills learnt at endurance cert
    4 x 150m uphill sprints with 1 minute rest
    22.1 – 22.3 – 25.2 – 25.6

    My left foot supinates a bit which made my left leg hurt a little but is fine now.
