Jingle Jangles (no hand touch)
10 rounds for max lengths of:
30sec on/30sec off

REST 5 mins

2. Alternating Tabata (total 8 intervals) for max reps of:
16kg Russian Kettlebell Swing

Score is total reps from Tabata plus total reps from Jingle Jangles.

    Birthday wod 135 reps of jingle jangles had a good strategy going by the end, 65 in the tabata cuz I suck ass at burpees for 200 total.
