    I was wondering what would happen if I did wednesdays rowing again, but this time knowing my pace.

    Today 1632

    Sometimes it’s hard to know what pace to go at to remain consistant through the workout. The difference between 108m and 110m for me was finishing on a half or even full stroke. Where as 108 I was halway back when the time elapsed….
    Maybe I should just grow taller and stop thinking 🙂
