    WOD as Rx’d = 12:23

    I Power cleaned and Push pressed / Jerked the ground to over head. Power Clean was easy, the jerks not, so had to break them into sets of mainly 5 + 5.

    1000m Row, 2x CFWU (no pullups or dips), Mobility

    WOD:
    5 rounds for time of:
    12kg kettlebell Ground to Overhead (Left Hand), 10 reps
    100m Shuttle Sprint (Run to a 50m mark and back twice) – used Clean + Push Press

    Then 3 x bar muscle ups and 5 x ring muscle ups, stoked with that, the muscle up is back!!

    Happy with that. Got 2 reps out at 140. Haven’t back squatted heavy in quite a while and my 3RM is 150 so I’ll take 140kg for 2.
