    why thankyou Batty (your the number 1 machine, i’m your apprentice.) however don’t think i will go too fast because i’m only doing one handed burpees because i sprained my wrist 😦

    Warm up: Airdyne, some mobility, KB Swings and pushups

    WOD:
    50cal Airdyne
    50 x Ring Pushups
    50 x Russian KB Swings, 10kg
    50 x Situps
    50cal Airdyne

    Moved slowly and steadily throughout, didn’t really time myself but it was somewhere around the 20min mark.

    Great work by everyone who turned up and gave this one a shot!! 🙂 🙂

    Time= 24.44 … very happy with today’s result 🙂 ,well done to everyone who completed today’s Wod great work..

    AWESOME effort by everyone who did today’s WOD, fantastic, there was quite a few cancellations this morning I am not saying that they were not for good reasons but… what what is that noise… oh chickens clucking 🙂

    Mammoth effort from Dave who did it solo hard to keep yourself motivated on your own (with a row becuase of the rain) while Michelle encouraged him as she was going about her workout.
    Kylie who continued the chat fest kept up a running conversation with Michelle and I, while moving through the burpee to box jump, nothing like pacing yourself.
    And Rhys who is back in the house setting the time for young Nik to chase who prior to starting proclaimed that the rain was not going to stop him and it did’nt.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my morning of coaching and the flowers, thank you all for your company and efforts.

    First day of crossfit level 1 trainer course today. Did lots of work on the 9 functional movements. Finished up with a Fran, my first time doing it. Scaled the thrusters to half weight and the pullups to jumping ones (no bands avail) and completed it in 5:34. Not bad for first time.

    We had some in the group who doesn’t belong to an affiliate do 2:55 rx!
