60kg Thruster – 2 mins
Burpees – 2 mins

Rest 2 mins between movements

    Powercleans 29kg – 35kg – 38kg (0.5kg pb), form felt much better!

    Reps: 32 (40kg), 25 (rx), 18 (20kg), 16
    Fun WOD!
    Box jumps wreck me every time and lowered the reps of the remaining exercises greatly!

    1000m row, Mobility

    Strength:
    3 x 3 x 3 Push press 60 – 80 – 90kgs

    WOD:
    2 mins each of: (Rest 2mins between each movement)
    100kg deadlift (33)
    21″ box jump (40)
    60kg thruster (15)
    Burpees (33)
    Total 121
