10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 rep rounds for time of:
Hand Stand Push Up
Pull Up, x 3
Squat, x 6

For this WOD you will perform 10 Hand Stand Push Ups, followed by 3 x the rep count of Pull Ups (30) and 6 x the rep count of Squats (60). You continue on that rep scheme until you reach 1 Hand Stand Push Up, 3 Pull Ups and 6 Squats. Yes there are a lot of reps. Yes it is hard. Yes you should tape your hands. Yes you should scale if 55 Hand Stand Push Ups, 165 Pull Ups and 330 Squats is not within your ability.

    Great to see guys giving the HSPU with a band a crack everyone worked hard whether bands, pike or unassisted on thier form.

    To those of you who put in a hard week and used your smarts to take it easy on yourselves Fantastic.
    We must look after ourselves, recovery even if it is active, sleep and good nutrition.

    After some skill and strength work we did

    On the minute 5 burpees followed by Tyre Flips until you have completed 50 TF.

    Storm (98kg)= 5min 56 sec
    Adrian (188kg)= 9min 27sec
