24kg Kettlebell American Swing, 10 reps
24″ Box Jump, 10 reps

    A big thank you to all the guys who turned out to watch me compete yesterday and all the great text messages I got wishing me LUCK.

    2 Competition PB,s for me 43Kg in the Snatch and 60Kg in the Clean and Jerk.

    Felt a lot less nervous lifting and very happy with how I went.

    Once again thank you.

    24kg Kettlebell American Swing, 10 reps
    24″ Box Jump, 10 reps

    Rounds = 8 (10,10,3)

    10kg Russian KB Swing x 10
    Step ups (12″) x 10

    Absolutly inspiring Storm, really enjoyed the day and wished I could have stayed to watch the third session. In addition to your self my other favourites were “Face Plant”, “Father Christmas” and Crazy Cat Lady” made me believe that age is only a barrier we place on ourselves.
