    Great vid of Jay Rhodes, Steve, I caught that one when he first put it up on the forums. He’s a legend – hope he does well in regionals. He’s in Canada East region competing in the team event, they came 2nd in the Open.

    Forgot to add, read about his story in the journal He says a lot of his motivation to improve his physical well being came from his ill father.

    Strength: Power cleans 35/42.5/50 for 3/3/1 reps…failed on the second rep @ 50kg.

  14. What about his back and shoulders? The question is does he wear shirts two sizes too small or is kingsize mens wear simply not substantial enough for his massiveness???
