    Graeme, I know your comment was in jest, but look around at some of the other affiliates websites at their programming and there’s an obvious difference.

    Hey Dave. It was in jest, I love the cell and wouldn’t want it any other way, i have been out of my comfort zone 3 times this week and I find rowing hard so bring it on, I’m happy that is rowing coz I will only improve

    We like to program the things you hate Batty. We generally hate things because we suck at them. We only get better by improving the things we suck at. So we like to make sure you improve 😉

    200m, 10kg Bulgarian Bag run
    10x 5kg wall ball over soccer goals while partner does situps
    20 push ups

    Neighborhood WOD

    5 mins skipping
    some double under attempts 😦
    some backwards skipping for coordination

    1.6 km (1mile) around neighborhood wearing Cell shirt
    9:31 (goal was 9:00, did have to stop to tie my shoelaces halfway round though)

    Some great efforts in this mornings Interval sesh with young Kris Wright taking the honours for most metres rowed. Awesome stuff Kris mixing it with a couple of rowing heavy hitters in the 9am sesh.
