    Ash, probably nothing during only the fact you could compare what feels worse the WOD or the 14km run.

    WOD as Rx’d = 18:32

    I broke up the DL’s and WB’s into easy chunks and recovered on the runs, a fun training session. 🙂

    WOD 1 – For Time, get into bed = what felt like 5 minutes
    WOD 2 – For Time, get out of bed = what felt like 10 minutes

    Broken my collarbone again, see you all in 3 months cell mates, ready to smash it again! 🙂

    was slowed down a bit by my aching legs after yesterdays run…

    Tough WOD today
    DL 75 and then 60kg after my back stiffen up
    WB 7kg down to 5 kg
    Changed running to 65,30 and 15 cal airdyne after the first 2 runs

    I had to train in the arvo today, god only know how i managed it! I missed the AM crew today!

    wod as rxd 15.32mins.
    felt quite good and only broke the last deadlifts into 10,5 and 5

    big hand clap for Graham Batt who went as rxd tonight, super effort!
