    trained with miles and big phil this morning 🙂

    7 rounds deadlifts @ 65kg, 60 second rest between ea.
    WOD scaled with 16kg kb, 5 pullups ea round (no bands avail).
    Time 08:25

    Miles WOD:
    3rft of situp 30 reps, front squat 20 reps (40kg), press 10 reps (40kg)
    Time 11:41

    Trained with CF Essex tonight

    Skills work on snatch then 5mins of 3 x snatches every 30secs with 25kg – probably a bit light but wanted to try and keep technique good – got a couple of great snatches where the weight was virtually effortless 🙂

    WOD was 5 rounds of
    10kg DB snatch to turkish get up x 1 each side
    15 air squats
    15 press ups
    6mins

    last training session with them in the morning, followed by a well deserved massage – then have to get ready to fly home – it’s been a long but enjoyable (mostly) couple of weeks with my family
