    Had a strategy to catch Travis’ ass this morning. Paced lightly for my second last run to recover with the plan to go hard and catch him at the finish on the last run, only to come back in from the second last run to realise that THAT was the last run! FAIL! Next time Travis, next time 🙂 P.S. Always a pleasure training with you

    Hello Cell family.
    Spending time in Syd leading up to the CF games, checking in at a few gyms and with old friends. Found a great place in the cross, a pseudo boxing/crossfit gym.
    30mins foot/pad work.
    1 round kettlebell complex (8kg)
    Power clean 20/30/35kg 3/3/3reps
    Clean & jerk 35kg 3/3/3reps
    Then for time:
    4 rounds, 20inch box jump 5 reps, 25 double unders.Finisher: 20 mountain climbers & 1 fast kb complex.
    Looks like i may be absent for a few weeks’ work with a construction firm, but will post as soon as i have dates confirmed.
