    12oom row
    400m run
    MObility drills

    Then:
    5 rounds of:
    Row 500m every 3.30min
    Rd1 = 1.38min
    Rd2 = 1.43min
    Rd3 = 1.41min
    Rd4 = 1.42min
    Rd5 = 1.39min

    Then:
    10 x 10 ring push ups

    Stretch

    SS

    Back at Crossfit Essex this morning

    AMRAP 20mins of

    10 x right arm DB squat clean
    5 x burpees
    10 x left arm DB squat clean
    5 x wall ball

    11 rounds + 10 + 5 + 10

    They follow the Cell and really like the programming 🙂

    Tough in the sun today, I felt nothing but pain on round two lunges.
