    Actually it looks like Adrian is passing wind, Biljana is about to throw up breakfast, Luke is running screaming from the room and poor old Stef is trying not to faint…

    But hey, I wasn’t there so…

    10kg Renegade Man Maker, 99 reps = about 21 minutes

    I was / am a bit sore from running yesterday so scaled it, but moved consistently through the reps.

    800m run, mobility, 2x CFWU

    WOD:
    8kg Renegade Man Maker, 99 reps = 23.06

    5min airdyne
    500m row
    Mobility drills
    Then:
    2 rounds of:
    7 x strcit tuck sit pull ups
    7 x headstand presses (2 abmat for first round, 1 abmat for second round)
    7 x slow T2B
    7 x pistols each leg
    7 x Glute Ham raises
    7 x headstand presses (2 abmat for first round, 1 abmat for second round)
    7 x Hindu push ups

    Then:
    Back squats
    5-5-5
    90-100-110kg
    Then:
    1×20 @ 80kg

    Then:
    17.5kg Renegade Man Makers, 99 reps
    TIME = 29.52min

    Stretch

    Scaled to 10kgs and 55 reps 23minutes
    Great work to the rest of the 5pm crew that did the full reps plus 2 for Adrian =)
