    Well, well, well. A great amount of rounds by Adam this morning and the rest were very close, but Mike (Midday crew) nabbed Adam by about 4 rounds!

    HUGE EFFORT…

    Well, the morning crew have some explaining to do, I would love to hear it…

    🙂

  7. Oh boo hoo, all the little voices from AM, midday and PM are quiet…

    Power Clean 3x3x60kg
    WOD
    16kg KB

    Not unhappy with that. Think I may struggle to straighten my arms in a day or 2 though! 🙂

    PM

    5KM run
    time = 23:34

    Felt very slow and sluggish, which showed in my time.

  13. 15 rounds With 34k kb, since i didnt have a 32 k, i had either a 30 kg or a 34 kg. I aimed to do two rounds per minute.
