I suck at rowing, so I’m in!
    Lightweight or open?

How much do you weigh mate? I suggest if you are within a kilo or so of lightweight, drop that kilo, make some adjustments to your nutrition and jump in to the light division, you have about 3 weeks to do so, so it should be safe, and your power out put should not change, for the weight loss is not rapid and extremely minimal!

Jase – I won’t be fit to row for the prelim, but if I’m able to by the finals (which I think I should be) can I participate anyway and just not be up for the prizes??? I’d be interested in comparing my post-surgery time to my pre-surgery time…

  12. Absolutely Michelle! Definitely! Would be great to have you on board! It is a reflection of your commitment and desire to better yourself!
