    800m run and 50KB swings with mobility to warm up.
    6 RFT:
    6 x Paralette Push Up to Pass Through,
    6 x 85kg Deadlift
    6 x 24″ Box Jump
    6 x 12kg KB Thruster
    6 x Pull Up (RB)
    6 x 12kg Weighted Sit Up

    My goodness. Nice WOD.
    The deadlifts put me through my paces; thanks Jase for advice on stance/grip it made a positive difference.
    Time to work on that upper strength now 😉

    good WOD had fun with this one the paralette pushup to pass through were tough,
    Back feels great just easing back into the heavy weights again over the next 3 – 4 weeks.

    WOD:
    6 RFT of:
    Paralette pushup to pass through x 6 (knee pushups and crawl thru)
    Deadlift x 6 – 35kg
    Box jump x 6 – 12″ box
    KB Thruster x 6 – 6kg
    Ring Rows x 6
    6kg weighted sit up

    Time: 21:44

    I’m really really happy with this. It looked really easy (define easy, Jodie!!!) but proved more challenging than I imagined. I was ecstatic with how I went and am determined to improve.
