After every rep, perform 2 Burpees

The Power Clean & Jerk in this WOD is essentially Ground to Overhead in 2 movements.

    then

    F-J scaled to 40kg
    Time=6:03

    and now resting up for saturday

    Press 5/5/5 = 25/30/32.5kg
    Then 10, 7, 4 reps @ 25kg. The final rep on each round was close to fail, i hope my weight capacity in the press improves soon.

    Wod, scaled to 20kg clean & jerk = 09:45
