    Russian get-ups 16kg KB, 20kg KB, light bar, (failed on 20kg bar)
    Squat hold & tuck hold – 30 secs each (5 rounds)

    PM training:
    w/up – 200m run + 250 row x 2 rounds, mobility and 1 x CFWU

    WOD – As rx’d 37:03
