    40min ocean swim (2km or so, probably a little more)

    Was not feeling the greatest yesterday late afternoon / last night. Perhaps minor upset tummy, probably be mild food poisoning. Felt yuk this morning, but was sore from yesterday so decided to push through and do something. Managed to get a decent swim out, have been feeling on and off all day (not good from the bottom end). 🙂

    Had planned to do a double day today, but me thinks rest may be on the cards for this afternoon. Hopefully feeling good tomorrow so I will make up for it then.

    And I thought bear crawls were tough. Kyle’s tolerance and endurance to pain has challenged my perspective on what my threshold is. Unbelievable!!!

    Just strength work today as legs needed a rest from running.

    Benchpress 5,3,5@85kg,100kg,110kg
    strict ringdips 10,10,16
    strict pullups 10,10,10
    Handstand push-ups with hands on bumper plates 10,5,6
