    Basic mathematics will tell you though that…
    10 rounds + 9 + 9= 378
    8 rounds + 9= 297

    for those of you counting at home thats a difference of 81.

    on a side note how should 1 leg box jumps be weighted not quite double i would say maybe 1.7
