    AMRAP 10mins

    2 x 17.5kg DB push press, 10 reps
    Jump squats, 10 reps
    Push up hand release, 10 reps
    Rounds = 6 3 pp

    5 x 1min hovers, 30sec rest between

    Thanks for an awesome day yesterday at the grading everyone, the support was wonderful and the efforts by all was great to see.
    Sadly I had to take my T-Shirt off at some point. Most people wouldn’t understand all the time and effort you have put into trying for your goals and from there, setting new ones. It wasn’t just rock up and try. Hats off to all who had a crack!

    Participated in the BRW sprint series today doing 2 triathlons(400m Swim, 10km Cycle, 4km Run).

    Not the fastest times in the world, but not that bad considering a game of footy the day before too.
    Tri 1 – (Swim) 0:15:00 (Cycle) 0:26:06 (Run) 0:18:53 (Total) 00:59:59
