One must ask the question, if we choose to take the same course of action over and over again and have the expectation of achieving the same result, would that person be considered sane or just hopeful and driven by repetition??? SS.

    A friend of mine who will remain unamed decided to not partake in the devil drink ALCOHOL for a while.

    A funny side effect took, place 4 stars from 6 workouts, who would have thought that not dehydrating your body with the devil drink and no other hangovers side effects would produce such outstanding athletic results.

    3 rounds for time:
    Double unders x 30
    Pullup x 15
    Lungs x 30metres
    Knee to Elbows x 10
    OHS x10
    Total 30 minutes

    Double unders getting better

    AM = MTB ride on some local trails, 1hr medium pace.

    PM = Squat 45,65,77.5kg – KB Press 20.5,20.5,20.5kg – Double 24kg KB Thruster – Handstand hold
